musical stylings of the chip variety

2.27...
  Seems my little noise maker was included in recent a Create Digital Music article on DIY sequencers. Nice surprise! If you're looking to put one of these sequencer's together, I can't recommend enough taking a look at the Baby 10 schematics and the Voice of Saturn Sequencer schematics. They are essentially the same but with little tweeks. A video of the breadboard version of the noisemaker has a little better explanation of what's going on. The noise maker was featured in the 48 hour challenge track "Before the Empire" that you can check out in the player to the right.
  In other news, sync troubles still abound but I'm working on it. Looks like Nanoloop might get clock sync sooner than LSDJ (still thanks to little-scale). Work on the upcoming full length release goes on. Perhaps June?

::about

My name is Christophe Richard. I currently live and make music in Muroran, Japan. When making and performing lo bit music, I go by the name Note!. Most of my music is currently composed on the Nintendo Gameboy using littlesounddj, nanoloop, or the Gameboy Pocket Camera. Outside of the Gameboy realm, I've been exploring the usage of the Yamaha CX7M/128 MSX 2 Music Computer and trackers such as MilkyTracker.

Raibu 9.08 is available in 5 separate tracks with gapless playback...

and single track, complete set glory...

I would urge you to go for the single file version or at least give the compartmentalized version a full on top to bottom listen through.
For interested parties: the full LSDJ .sav files (created in version 3.8.9) for both carts used have been included in the zip. Not that there is anything too interesting in there :/
